This Service Agreement is between you (the client) and Digital Empire Agency. By signing below you authorize Digital Empire Agency to begin the selected engagement at the price shown, and you agree to the scope and terms provided for it.

Subscriptions are billed on the stated cadence and may be cancelled with reasonable notice; one-off projects are a fixed project fee. No payment is collected on this page — you will receive payment instructions separately, and work begins once payment is arranged.

Work delivered is yours upon payment. This agreement does not constitute a paid transaction until payment is completed through the method you select below.
